     SHIPPING FOR USA CUSTOMERS

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders exceeding 70$ in value. Most orders are typically arriving within 5-10 business days.

Please note that all items are shipped without requiring a signature.

For expedited shipping, you can select the Express Shipping option during checkout. Express orders have a flat fee of $220. Express shipped orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day unless an unforeseen “out of stock” situation arises. In such cases, we’ll contact you via phone or email within hours of order placement.

Weekends & Orders After 12:00 PM EST: If you order on the weekend or after 12:00 PM EST, your order will be shipped on the following business day. For example, if you place an order on a Friday at 4:35 PM EST, it will be shipped on Monday.

Express Orders: Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the same day. However, if you place your order after 12:00 PM EST, it will be shipped on the next business day. Please be aware that couriers do not consider Saturday as a business day for delivery purposes.

Also Note: Shipments to apartment buildings and PO Boxes are available, however, please provide an alternative address to expedite the shipping time. If we are unsure of your address, we will contact you by phone or email. If you are in a remote location, there may be a delay in shipping time due to the courier’s ability to reach those areas.

At the moment, we ship to continental USA only. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

At the moment, we ship to all of Canada except Newfoundland-Labrador and territories.

WARRANTY & RETURN

Owing to the medical nature of our products, regretfully, we are unable to process returns after a product has been shipped. However, rest assured that we will efficiently handle any issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, arranging for replacements as necessary.
